What you will be doing:
- Provide technical support to users of the company's software applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
- Document and track application issues
- Work with the development team to resolve issues and improve the applications
- Provide training to users on the company's software applications
- Stay up-to-date on the latest software updates and releases
- Monitor the performance of the company's software applications
- Identify and recommend improvements to the company's software applications
- 5 years of experience in application support
- Strong understanding of software development principles
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Ability to understand and document technical requirements and software relationships in an organized manner
