Duties
- Engage with customers through outbound calling to assess their satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Utilize strong phone etiquette to communicate effectively with customers, ensuring a positive experience.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and offering solutions tailored to individual needs.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services based on customer preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in computerized systems for future reference and analysis.
- Support multilingual communication efforts to cater to diverse customer bases.
Experience
- Must have both Property and Casualty AND Life and Health license.
- Atleast 3 years experience in Insurance industry.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience with outbound calling strategies and techniques.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer data and feedback effectively.
- Familiarity with customer support practices and tools is an advantage.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing our capacity to serve a wider audience.
