Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for all client inquiries, including policy updates, claims assistance, and billing questions
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering timely and accurate information
- Assist clients in understanding their insurance policies and recommending additional products based on their needs
- Manage client files, update policy information, and ensure compliance with agency and industry standards
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and office visits with professionalism and care
- Process payments, policy renewals, and endorsements with attention to detail
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities for auto, home, and life insurance products
- Schedule follow-up calls and meetings to ensure clients’ insurance needs are consistently met
- Help resolve any issues related to claims or coverage questions, escalating complex cases to the appropriate departments
- Assist with administrative duties and contribute to the overall efficiency of the agency
Requirements
- Experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience (insurance experience preferred but not required)
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal: Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, as we serve a large Latino client base
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working with computer systems and CRM software
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- Be willing to acquire Insurance Producer License
Salary : $36,000 - $48,000
