Bilingual- 1st language speaker English / Spanish / French- must be bilingual proficiency in reading and writing- English / Spanish / French.
Assist HR related
Chat functions, phone calls & emails
Structured and organized
Process in system- ex : switching managers in Workday or promotions
HIPPA training data privacy
Microsoft office Suite, Workday, Excel, Zendesk a plus, typing efficiency 40 words a minute
Service center has 3 supervisors’ French speakers on 1 team and Spanish speakers on another team
Receptionist BG acceptable but must be bilingual
Repetitive work
Must enjoy working in Customer Service
This is not a remote position
We do not deal with Benefits questions & concerns
Prefer HR background plus- Level of sensitivity
Most calls are from Mexico, Latin American
High volume- peak time is January through April
13-14 calls a day 10 – 15 minutes in length
3-4 weeks of training before working independently
