Responsibilities

• Strategic Recruitment: Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top candidates for agency roles, Protege Programs, and staff positions.
• Sourcing Candidates: Use platforms like Indeed, Monster, and LinkedIn to find and engage qualified individuals.
• Networking and Events: Attend career fairs, job fairs, and industry events to network and build relationships with potential candidates.
• Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' skills and alignment with Farmers' goals.
• Collaboration: Partner with agency owners to understand their staffing needs and support their hiring objectives.
• Pipeline Development: Maintain a consistent pool of prospective candidates to ensure a steady recruitment pipeline.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, talent acquisition, sales, or insurance is required.
• Networking Skills: Comfortable attending events and using networking opportunities to build connections.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with recruiting platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and social media recruiting.
• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring campaigns.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to connect with candidates and agency owners alike.
