LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Clinical Document Specialist for a 6 month contract role with a confidential client. This is a hybrid position and primary responsibility is adding document classification and ensuring documents are aliased in PM. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills with an established healthcare company.
Responsibilities :
Manage and publish departmental documents in the Policy Manager (PM) systems.
Ensure clinical documents are correctly classified and aliased in PM.
Follow up on overdue documents and update contact information in PM.
Template documents and manage approval processes in PM.
Review and update approval groups in MCN.
Remove unused templates and handle forms as needed.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
3-4 years of experience with clinical vocabulary and acute care processes.
Project management experience.
Proficiency in MS Word and Internet / Intranet resources.
Excellent organizational and proofreading skills.
Preferred :
5-7 years of hospital experience in a clinical or administrative role.
Knowledge of TJC standards and CMS Conditions of Participation.
Shift :
Day shift, 5x8-Hour (08 : 00 - 17 : 00).
Pay Details : $27.00 to $30.00 per hour
