As an Agency Owner in Training, you will:

✅ Work side by side with an experienced Agency Owner who will mentor you.

✅ Develop your business acumen with access to award-winning training through the University of Farmers®.

✅ Receive hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and business operations without the risk of upfront expenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to new and existing clients.
• Educate customers on insurance solutions that fit their needs.
• Develop sales and marketing strategies to grow your client base.
• Work closely with the agency owner to learn business operations, team leadership, and financial management.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and the community.
• Participate in business development, networking, and training programs.

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial mindset – You’re driven to succeed and take ownership of your future.
• Sales, customer service or management experience recommended.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships.
• Must be willing to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (assistance provided).
• Strong work ethic and commitment to learning business ownership.
• Passion for helping people and making an impact in your community.

Salary : $60,000 - $84,000
