Responsibilities

Team Leadership : Guide and mentor a team of sales agents to ensure peak performance and professional development.

Strategic Growth : Develop and implement effective growth strategies to expand the agency's market presence.

Client Engagement : Collaborate with customers to improve satisfaction and retention by understanding their needs and offering solutions.

Performance Monitoring : Track and evaluate the performance of sales agents to ensure that objectives are met.

Market Analysis : Analyze market trends and customer feedback to adapt strategies for improved agency performance.

Relationship Management : Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders for enhanced business partnerships.

Requirements

Experience : Minimum 5 years in sales management, preferably in the insurance industry.

Leadership Skills : Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.

Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Strategy : Ability to develop and implement business growth strategies.

Adaptability : Comfortable with remote work dynamics, with a readiness to engage in local community activities in Nisswa, MN.

Relationship Building : Proven track record of cultivating long-term business relationships.

Tech-Savvy : Proficient in CRM platforms and digital communication tools.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
