Responsibilities

Team Leadership : Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve their targets and exceed expectations.

Strategic Planning : Develop and implement growth strategies to expand the agency's market presence and drive revenue.

Performance Monitoring : Evaluate team performance regularly, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans to address them.

Client Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership.

Training and Development : Provide ongoing training and mentorship to sales staff to enhance their skills and career growth.

Requirements

Experience : Minimum of 5 years in sales management within the insurance industry.
