Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Guide and inspire a team of insurance sales representatives to meet their individual and collective targets.
Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess team members' performance and provide actionable feedback for improvement.
Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to design and implement sales strategies that drive agency growth.
Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as a point of escalation for complex issues.
Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
Community Representation: Act as an ambassador for District 54 Insurance within the Champlin community, enhancing brand reputation.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team to optimize sales processes and outcomes.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in insurance sales or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals and objectives.
Licensing: Active and valid Minnesota insurance license preferred.
Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills essential for interfacing with clients and team members.
