Salary: $200000.00 - $250000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Provide exceptional service and support to clients, enabling them to understand and select suitable insurance products.

Sales Support: Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed client needs and company goals.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Training Participation: Actively engage in all training sessions, gaining a comprehensive understanding of insurance products and sales techniques.

Documentation: Ensure all client and sales data is accurately recorded and updated in the insurance database.

Requirements

Licensing: Minnesota Property & Casualty License is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain required licenses is essential.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance or a related field is beneficial but not required for the apprenticeship.

Confident Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills empowering you to connect effectively with clients.

Customer Centric: Passion for delivering exceptional client service and meeting individual needs.

Adaptability: Ability to operate efficiently in a hybrid remote environment, managing time and tasks effectively.

Learner Attitude: Eagerness to learn the insurance industry and apply theoretical knowledge in real-world situations.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM systems and other office tools will be advantageous.

Team Spirit: Collaborates well in a team setting and contributes positively to the organizational culture.
