Responsibilities
Client Engagement : Communicate proactively with clients to understand their financial goals and retail investment needs, providing precise, personalized advice.
Financial Planning : Develop personalized financial plans based on individual client needs and objectives, ensuring comprehensive investment portfolios.
Consultation : Offer tailored consultations, helping clients navigate complex financial landscapes and plan for their future.
Market Analysis : Stay informed about market trends, financial regulations, and investment vehicles to provide informed and sound advice.
Relationship Building : Maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty of the agency.
Compliance : Adhere to industry regulations and company policies in communicating and providing advice to clients.
Requirement
Licensing : Must possess the required FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 and 65) licenses.
Experience : At least 3 years of experience as a financial advisor or in a similar role.
Education : A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
