Work Directly with Farmers Insurance Agents Provide financial consulting to agency owners, helping them grow their books of business through strategic financial product offerings.
Expand Financial Services Offerings Introduce life insurance, retirement planning, annuities, and other financial products to maximize agency revenue.
Coach & Mentor Agents Train and guide agency owners and their teams on integrating financial services into their business models.
Develop Customized Financial Strategies Assess agent portfolios and help them identify opportunities to provide stronger, more comprehensive solutions for their clients.
Build Relationships & Drive Growth Engage with agency owners, assist in client meetings, and drive sales initiatives to expand financial product adoption.

Requirements
A Financial Services Professional You have experience in financial advising, insurance sales, or wealth management.
