About the Role

As an Agent Apprentice, youll work closely with an experienced Farmers Insurance agent to gain practical experience and build essential skills. Through hands-on training and expert guidance from the University of Farmers, youll develop the knowledge and confidence needed to transition into agency ownership.

What Youll Do

Learn the Business: Gain hands-on experience in sales, customer service, marketing, and agency management while working alongside a seasoned agent.

Develop Key Skills: Build expertise in client relationship management, business planning, and marketing strategies with industry-leading training.

Engage Locally: Connect with Park Rapids families and businesses, becoming an active and trusted member of the community.

Prepare for Ownership: Transition seamlessly from apprentice to owning your own Farmers Insurance agency with mentorship and support from District 54 leaders.
