Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Oversee and manage a team of sales agents to achieve monthly targets and maintain high performance standards.
Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and meet company objectives.
Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from clients and team members to continuously improve services and processes.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity to make informed strategic decisions.
Training and Development: Mentor and guide sales agents, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills.
Requirements
Licensing: Must hold a valid Minnesota insurance license or obtain one within 60 days of employment.
Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the insurance sector with at least 2 years of managerial experience.
Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Customer Focus: A steadfast dedication to providing exceptional customer service and fostering client satisfaction.
