Responsibilities

Leadership: Oversee and guide the sales team, setting clear goals and objectives to drive performance and customer satisfaction.

Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic plans to meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with existing clients and actively seek new opportunities to expand the client base.

Team Coaching: Provide continuous support and training to team members to enhance their skills and achieve company goals.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas of improvement and encourage accountability.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of sales strategies with overall company goals.

Problem Solving: Address and resolve client and team issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction for both parties.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales management or a similar leadership role within the insurance industry.

Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Licensure: Must possess a valid Minnesota insurance license.

Leadership Skills: Strong team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills with the capacity to resolve complex issues and make solid decisions.

Adaptability: Flexibility to work in a hybrid remote structure, maintaining collaboration and efficiency.
