Farmers Insurance District 54 is a Presidents Council district that is committed to building a team of top-performing insurance professionals. We're looking for a dedicated individual to play a crucial role in our growth by identifying and attracting qualified candidates.
We are seeking a very specific skillset and personality type for this role, and are committed to training and developing the right candidate.
We provide highly specialized 1-on-1 training and coaching to ensure your success. We also utilize dedicated and unique systems built to facilitate success for both the Recruiting Strategist and the job candidate.
About the Role:
As a Recruiting Strategist, you will be the engine behind our recruiting efforts.
You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews with qualified candidates for various roles within our district.
This is a high-volume role that requires exceptional organizational skills, a strong work ethic, the ability to connect with people effectively, and a willingness to be coached and adapt to our specific needs.
This role requires a dedicated individual who is highly coachable and committed to learning and adapting on a daily basis until proficiency is achieved.

Salary: $35000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Review 100-200 resumes daily, identifying candidates who possess the required skills and credentials for our open positions.
- Interview Scheduling: Schedule 10-15 qualified candidates per day for interviews with our executive recruiters, resulting in 55-75 interviews per week (dependent on weekly time constraints).
- Pipeline Management: Own and maintain high-priority candidate pipelines, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
- Data Management: Utilize our established systems to track candidate data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to 70-150 potential candidates daily.
- Systems Ownership: Learn and maintain proficiency in our internal recruiting systems, adhering to District 54 guidelines.
- Industry Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of insurance agency ownership and production to effectively communicate job requirements to candidates.
- Script Adherence: Follow established scripts for candidate outreach and communication.
- Social Media Recruitment: Manage and post on various social media platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Coachability: Actively participate in coaching sessions and implement feedback to improve performance.
- Adaptability: Be willing to adapt to changing priorities and learn new skills as needed. This role requires a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a high-volume recruiting role preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of our team.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
