WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?
This is a full-time position. As a Recruiting Specialist, you will focus on identifying and connecting exceptional talent with career opportunities at our processing plant. Your recruitment responsibilities will include sourcing candidates for both management and production roles, employing creative marketing techniques, and leveraging social media platforms to expand our talent pool. You will guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a seamless and professional experience from initial outreach to onboarding.
