Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales managers to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, fostering a positive candidate experience.
Networking: Attend job fairs and networking events in the Rochester area to promote District 54 Insurance and identify top talent.

Requirements
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
