Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a group of sales professionals to exceed their targets and foster a cohesive, motivated, and high-performing team environment.

Performance Monitoring: Regularly evaluate the sales team's performance, providing constructive feedback, and developing tailored improvement plans to drive success.

Sales Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to design, implement, and refine effective sales strategies that align with company goals and customer needs.

Training and Development: Identify knowledge gaps and organize periodic training sessions to ensure the team is equipped with the latest sales techniques and product knowledge.

Client Interaction: Engage with key clients, ensuring their expectations are met, and exploring opportunities for growth and cross-selling.

Reporting: Compile and present detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, and forecasting to keep stakeholders informed and strategize effectively.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales, with proven leadership abilities.

Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Leadership: Demonstrated capacity to guide and motivate a sales team.

Performance-Driven: Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Tech Proficient: Comfortable with CRMs and sales software tools.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal abilities to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage hybrid work settings effectively.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the capability to identify and resolve issues promptly.
