About the Office: Tommy Humphries is the District Attorney for DA District 4, which includes Blaine, Canadian, Garfield, Grant and Kingfisher Counties. Our mission is to protect the public by vigorously prosecuting violent crime, protecting and serving crime victims, timely processing cases, diverting appropriate offenders to treatment, and maintaining the highest levels of ethics and professionalism to ensure the communities we serve remain healthy and safe.
Position Summary: The Case Management Clerk will perform a variety of administrative tasks in support of the supervision of individuals on probation in Canadian County.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
·Monitor the technical, administrative probation requirements of court involved individuals. This includes such things as: collecting restitution payments; running background checks; verifying community service hours, drug test results, employment; reporting violations to the prosecutor.
· Utilize document management systems to organize and maintain records efficiently.
· Communicate effectively with the public, partners and colleagues, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and proofreading documents.
· Utilize computer skills to input and retrieve information accurately.
· Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
· Handle confidential and sensitive work with discretion
Position Requirements and Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with an associate degree or equivalent and 2 years of experience in related work.
- Embody the following work habits: self-starter, reliable, collaborative, respectful, accountable, ethical, and able to multi-task.
- Must secure and maintain a favorable background investigation.
