Dabble Lab is looking for a creative, patient, and organized Arts and Crafts Studio Instructor to lead classes and dream up projects that kids (and kids at heart) will love! In this role, you'll teach hands-on classes, design imaginative crafts, and create a studio environment filled with fun, discovery, and creativity. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Classes: Bring energy and joy as you guide students through fun, hands-on arts and crafts projects.
- Dream Up Projects: Create engaging, age-appropriate projects that are safe and spark curiosity in our budding artists.
- Prep & Cleanup: Set up a welcoming, organized studio space before each class and make sure it’s ready for the next group after each session.
- Safety & Supervision: Keep our young creators safe, following studio guidelines and providing a supportive space for everyone.
- Inventory Wizardry: Monitor art supplies and keep the team in the loop on what’s running low.
- Engage Families: Welcome students and parents with a friendly, open attitude, and communicate clearly about class details and studio happenings.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Prior experience teaching or working with kids in a creative or educational setting is ideal.
- Skills: Strong creative abilities, a passion for arts and crafts, and a flair for coming up with new project ideas.
- Characteristics: Positive, energetic, and adaptable, with a good balance of patience and responsibility.
- Requirements: Must be able to work flexible hours and pass a background check.
