Duties
- Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion of tasks by collaborating with various departments.
- Provide clerical support including data entry, filing, and transcribing meeting notes or documents.
- Assist with front desk duties as needed, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors.
- Maintain organized records and files to facilitate easy access to information.
- Support customer service initiatives by addressing inquiries and providing assistance as required.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as directed by the CEO.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Strong project coordination skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in a corporate environment is preferred but not mandatory.
