Restaurant Manager FOH
We are seeking a FT Restaurant Manager starting at $20/hour to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure a great guest experience while supervising flow of service
- Role model and hold Team Members accountable to operational and quality standards
- Preparing schedules and any other required admin paperwork in a timely manner
- Foster open communication between Team Members and Management
- Maintaining quality of sanitation and safety in the work environment
- Understanding and implementing all company policies and procedure * Help develop Team Members to take on larger roles
- Drive Guest engagement while developing relationships with our guests
- Tasks are but not limited to: daily running of shifts, money handling, closing and opening the restaurant
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or other related fields
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
