Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of campus facilities, including maintenance, custodial services, landscaping, and sustainability initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for facilities management, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
- Manage capital projects, renovations, and construction efforts to support campus growth and modernization.
- Lead and mentor a team of facilities professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Develop and manage the facilities budget, optimizing resources and cost-effectiveness.
- Partner with institutional leadership and key stakeholders to align facilities operations with academic and institutional goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in facilities management, preferably within a higher education, healthcare, or similarly complex environment.
