We are looking for a dynamic Account Executive with a competitive spirit, strong personal drive, and a proven track record in sales. This role focuses on building executive relationships, driving solution-based sales, and expanding both new and existing customer accounts. Success in this role requires exceeding quotas with tenacity, accountability, high energy, integrity, and discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery calls, align key stakeholders, and close deals
  • Build and maintain a pipeline to meet revenue goals
  • Drive growth by developing and executing top-down outreach, onboarding, activation, and expansion processes
  • Advocate for the product and directly contribute to closing major deals
  • Collaborate with teams across Engineering, Product, and Marketing
  • Define inbound lead requirements to meet sales objectives
  • Maintain full visibility of the sales pipeline throughout its lifecycle

Requirements

  • 4 years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas (SDR/AE management experience is a plus)
  • Experience in selling to Mid-market and Enterprise customers
  • Proven experience as a Senior Sales Manager or Account Executive in a fast-paced SaaS company
  • Deep knowledge of sales principles and practices, with the ability to coach others
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data and metrics to drive decisions
  • Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and issue-resolution skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Leadership and team-building abilities
  • Bonus if you have experience as an early AE at a startup or selling to sales leaders
