This role focuses on building executive relationships, driving solution-based sales, and expanding both new and existing customer accounts. - Lead discovery calls, align key stakeholders, and close deals
- Build and maintain a pipeline to meet revenue goals
- Drive growth by developing and executing top-down outreach, onboarding, activation, and expansion processes
- Advocate for the product and directly contribute to closing major deals
- Collaborate with teams across Engineering, Product, and Marketing
- Define inbound lead requirements to meet sales objectives
- Maintain full visibility of the sales pipeline throughout its lifecycle
- 4 years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas (SDR/AE management experience is a plus)
- Experience in selling to Mid-market and Enterprise customers
- Proven experience as a Senior Sales Manager or Account Executive in a fast-paced SaaS company
- Deep knowledge of sales principles and practices, with the ability to coach others
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data and metrics to drive decisions
- Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and issue-resolution skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Leadership and team-building abilities
- Bonus if you have experience as an early AE at a startup or selling to sales leaders
