Overview

A growing SaaS company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to work closely with executive leadership to develop systems and workflows that ensure exceptional customer experiences. This role focuses on driving adoption, engagement, and growth while maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management – Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers, from Sr. Executives to technical stakeholders.

Account Strategy & Alignment – Work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and leadership to drive adoption and expansion.

Customer Success Planning – Create and execute customer success plans that align with strategic goals.

Product Feedback & Growth – Gather customer insights to help shape product roadmap development.

Retention & Renewals – Implement processes around retention, referrals, and expansion while managing enterprise renewals.

Customer Engagement – Conduct strategic and operational reviews to ensure customers meet their goals.

What We’re Looking For

• BA / BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in account management, sales, or implementation in a SaaS environment.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with executives and stakeholders.
• Strong project management, time management, and communication skills.
• Technical aptitude to explain solutions and provide strategic insights.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Proven ability to own renewals for enterprise clients, ensuring retention and revenue growth.
• Self-starter who thrives in cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving.
