Senior Packaging Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Packaging Engineer to develop and optimize packaging solutions for beauty and skincare products. This role ensures packaging meets brand aesthetics, sustainability goals, and performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Packaging Development: Work with Brand, Creative, R&D, and Operations teams to design functional, cost-effective packaging.
• Specification Management: Maintain detailed packaging specs, including materials, dimensions, and performance criteria.
• Innovation & Sustainability: Identify and implement packaging improvements that enhance product appeal and sustainability.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct packaging tests with external labs to ensure durability and safety.
• Project Management: Oversee packaging trials and ensure smooth production implementation.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years in packaging engineering (cosmetics or personal care preferred).
• Experience with 3D CAD, material science, sustainability practices, and lab testing protocols.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
