Job Title : Customer Service rep/ Call Centre Agent
Location – Minneapolis, MN
Job duration: 3 months Contract (possible conversion)
Rate - $17/hr. - $18/hr.
Note: Positions will train in-office for the first 1-2 weeks, then go remote, but will return to the office when everyone else does.
Job description:
- Responsible for responding to escalated inquiries and complaints on the most complex products/services and/or from premier customers.
- Responsible for placing 80-100 outbound calls per day (provided a call list and script to follow) to customers that qualify for cash outs, refinancing.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience interacting with people or customers demonstrated through work, military, or education
Desired Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge and understanding of bank policies, procedures, and systems
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced action-oriented environment
- Customer service focus with experience processing complex transactions and performing extensive research to resolve complex customer issues
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
