THE GIG:
We're looking for a confident, outgoing individual who is ready to CHANGE LIVES through engaging our clients, members, and the greater Austin community, in and out of the studio.
You will:
- Onboard and retain members through social events, member milestone celebrations, and ensure positive client/members experience
- Coordinate community outreach and engagement through partnerships with local businesses, social clubs and events
- Manage Social Media marketing and content in all platforms, with support of Leadership Team
- Manage Class Operations and Membership Sales at 4-5 classes a week
HOURS, COMPENSATION, LOCATION:
Compensation is $20 per/ hour sales commission, and goal-based monthly bonuses
Role is approximately 15-20 hours a week, hours are negotiable, 50% must be done in studio
You will also receive a free dance membership with DivaDance Austin
It is ideal for you to have a tablet or Laptop for this role
