THE GIG:
You’ll be supporting the local franchise owner with all aspects of managing the business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with pre launch activities, lead follow up, marketing, and other designated tasks
- Manage all client support inquiries including membership processing/cancellations, enrollments, billing issues, questions, etc. which includes daily monitoring of all client communication touch points (Google Voice, Email, DMs, CRM, etc.) Training is provided for all platforms
- Manage technical support and data entry needs in our booking software, Mindbody (training provided)
- Coach & develop studio staff, including Client Experience Hosts, Lead Bookers, Instructors, etc
- Oversight of class operations, including supply management and review of class reports
- Assist with pre-launch and ongoing lead booking
- Assist in coordination of scheduling of classes and staff
- Other duties as assigned and mutually agreed upon
Expectations:
- Days and hours may vary but average around 20 hours a week, especially during pre-launch.
- Some evenings & weekends required depending on class or event needs.
- Flexible schedule and ability to work from home for some tasks.
- Must be able to respond to communications promptly (within 90 minutes during reasonable business hours)
- Must be available to answer client calls/texts in the hours immediately prior to class
- 1:1 meetings with franchise owner on a weekly basis
- Quarterly Leadership Meetings via Zoom with DivaDance HQ
- Attendance at staff meetings
- Attending classes to connect with staff as needed
