The Opportunity
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic property management team at the Town Center of Virginia Beach.
As the first point of contact for tenants, vendors, and visitors, you’ll be the friendly face of our office. You’ll play a critical role in supporting our property management operations through administrative excellence, great communication, and proactive problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist all visitors, tenants, and vendors—create a professional and inviting first impression.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls and manage the general office inbox.
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager and Property Managers.
- Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and assist with internal and external communications.
- Manage digital and physical filing systems, prepare reports, and coordinate tenant communications.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Contribute to special projects and other administrative tasks to support office efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
- A warm, approachable personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
- A self-starter who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Yardi is a bonus.
- A proactive, customer-first mindset with the ability to think on your feet.
- A team player who’s also comfortable working independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; at least 2 years of administrative experience (preferably in property management or commercial real estate).
