Bartender

Job Summary

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing an outstanding guest experience, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
• Engage with customers to provide personalized service and recommendations based on their preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Monitor inventory levels of supplies and communicate needs to management.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
• Assist in setting up for special events or banquets as needed.
• Stay informed about new drink trends, menu items, and promotions to enhance guest experience.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible serving practices.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience is preferred; experience in fine dining or high-volume establishments is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, brewing techniques, and beverage pairings.
• Excellent math skills for handling cash transactions and understanding retail math concepts.
• Exceptional hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
• RBS Certified
• A passion for the Beverage industry with a willingness to learn about new products and techniques.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 25 per week
