Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
- Engage with customers to provide personalized service and recommendations based on their preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and communicate needs to management.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
- Assist in setting up for special events or banquets as needed.
- Stay informed about new drink trends, menu items, and promotions to enhance guest experience.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible serving practices.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience is preferred; experience in fine dining or high-volume establishments is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, brewing techniques, and beverage pairings.
- Excellent math skills for handling cash transactions and understanding retail math concepts.
- Exceptional hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
- RBS Certified
- A passion for the Beverage industry with a willingness to learn about new products and techniques.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
