Job Summary
Dive Rite is a family owned SCUBA diving equipment manufacturer based in Lake City, Florida since 1984. We are currently looking for a detail oriented administrative assistant for our front office to assist the sales team and support customer service.
Duties
- Assist the sales team input orders
- Maintain knowledge of inventory levels and product statuses
- Keep track of backorder status and stay in communication with purchasing, production and sales.
- Monitor and respond to customer service emails in a professional manner
- Answering phones and interacting with customers in person
- Assist with sales, marketing and other office tasks as time allows
Required Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Must be able to write in in a professional manner with accurate spelling and grammar.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proven experience in a similar position is preferred.
- SCUBA experience/certifications are desirable but not required.
- Applicants with proficiency in inventory management and other office software will have priority.
- Experience with graphic design software is desirable.
Pay range is flexible depending on previous experience and skillset.
