Purpose
Divergent Technologies, Inc. is a leader in engineering design and manufacturing, specializing in the production of structural components for the automotive, aerospace, and defense industries. We are looking for a strategic and experienced Director of Enterprise Applications to lead the development, customization, and integration of our enterprise software systems, including but not limited to PLM, ERP, MES, CRM, MRP, and more. This role will ensure our enterprise software ecosystem supports the company's growth and operational goals while optimizing performance, efficiency, and user experience across business, engineering, and manufacturing functions.
The Director of Enterprise Applications will be instrumental in strategic planning, team management, and successfully delivering enterprise software projects. This role will involve managing cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the software landscape aligns with the company's long-term business objectives. The ideal candidate will also champion software engineering best practices, focusing on version control, infrastructure management, CICD pipelines, and design documentation.
The Role
Strategic Software Management
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for our enterprise software landscape, covering PLM, ERP, MES, CRM, SCM, inventory management, QMS, CAD, CAE, and other key systems.
- Oversee the customization, enhancement, and maintenance of the Siemens Teamcenter PLM and Oracle Fusion Cloud systems, ensuring it meets specific business needs and integrates smoothly with other enterprise systems.
- Lead the evaluation and transition to new software solutions, aligning enterprise software with business growth and digital transformation goals.
- Identify opportunities to improve software processes, workflows, and system integration to enhance efficiency and performance across all enterprise systems.
