What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Development Manager Retail position at Diverse Lynx?
15 - 20 Years of experience with at least 5 years of managing an Industry Vertical Business Development experience in creating, shaping & selling large scale technology solutions.
Experience and deep domain knowledge in RETAIL Industry.
Experience selling & delivering engineering, digital, Internet of Things, & / or Connected solutions.
Experience of developing and presenting excellent presentations, compelling proposals, value propositions, business cases and complex deal structuring.
Sound Knowledge of PLM, MES, Asset Management kind of base functions, scaling up to Digital Technologies / Hyperscalers based transformations
Good technical skills with ability to engage customers with "consultative selling" is essential.
Ability to understand market / customer needs and work with solution teams to help develop innovation solutions for the industry.
Must have - 4 Year bachelor's degree, Good to have - MBA
