Experience on IVR ( Interactive Voice Response)- Development experience using C# / Java - Experience on Genesys Composer Experience in Interaction Routing and Designer (IRD)- Experience in Interaction Workspace (IW)- 5 years experience working as a Genesys developer- Experience on working with CI / CD - 4 years working with Genesys Cloud objects and Architect flows- Ability to identify opportunities to automate / streamline where applicable in overall solution
