- Experience on IVR ( Interactive Voice Response) Development experience using C# / Java
- Experience on Genesys Composer Experience in Interaction Routing and Designer (IRD)
- Experience in Interaction Workspace (IW)
- 5 years' experience working as a Genesys developer Experience on working with CI / CD
- 4 years working with Genesys Cloud objects and Architect flows
- Ability to identify opportunities to automate / streamline where applicable in overall solution
