Job Description :
- 5 to 10 years of embedded hardware design and development
- Knowledge of hardware development lifecycle in automotive and locomotive domains
- Knowledge of handling schematic generation tools like Altium, mentor, etc.
- Good understanding of component selection, BOM generation and procurement
- Good knowledge of PCB design and layout generation
- Good knowledge on layout guidelines and review
- Hands on experience on testing and validation utilizing the following platforms : HITL, SITL, system level (preferable Locomotive or Automotive)
- Good experience of working with ECU, ECM, BCM and Client modules in automotive domain
- Good knowledge of simulation tools like LTSpice and PSpice
- Strong understanding of various communication protocols (Serial RS232 / 422, CAN or ethernet).
