Responsibilities :

• ssist in the deployment and configuration of network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.) to meet project requirements.
• Implement network changes and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
• Participate in on-site and remote installation, testing, and maintenance of systems.
• ct as interface with vendors for network infrastructure required for implementation projects.
• Coordinate installation timelines, and resource availability with vendors to meet project deadlines.
• Collaborate with senior architects to design scalable and efficient network solutions.
• nalyze client requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of network configurations, system architecture, and project workflows.
• Participation in the TTO processes including network diagrams, CMDB, vendor contacts, etc.
• Identify and resolve network issues during and after project implementation.
• Conduct performance testing and provide optimization recommendations.
• Provide support to Network Operat
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve network issues promptly, including performance bottlenecks and outages.
• Provide support to and resolve escalated tickets from operations teams.
• Work closely with clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide technical guidance and support to client teams during and after implementation
