Job Description
- Hands-on experience with large scale Insurance BPS Outsourcing and Transformation sales cycles
- Operations Experience In Insurance BPS Will Be Preferred
- Reaching CXOs and articulating how TCS can help in their business growth by leveraging cross industry trends and technology transformation.
- Drive large and strategic deals across P&C Insurance.
- End to end responsibility of deal spotting, qualification, shaping and winning. Industry domain knowledge is a must.
- Develop strong, long-term relationships and referrals with senior management at targeted prospects.
- Work in close collaboration with TCS' market development and sales-support teams to ensure that proposed offerings and services fully meet customers' business and technology needs.
- Demonstrate strong personal communication and presentation skills to establish interest, credibility, and trust.
- The candidate should be prepared to travel (domestic / international) per the need of the sales cycle.
- Demonstrable experience of large and strategic BPS deals in the recent past
- bility to play at the highest CxO level and with business leadership.
