This is a commission-based contract role for a Business Broker at Murphy Business Sales - Edison Office. The Business Broker will be responsible for assisting individuals and companies in buying and selling businesses, providing business valuation and appraisal reports, and offering expertise in mergers and acquisitions. This is a remote role.
Qualifications
- Business Brokerage or Commercial Real Estate Brokerage skills
- Central New Jersey Resident
- Business Valuation experience a plus
- Finance knowledge
- Experience in business sales and acquisitions
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Understanding of business and market trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
