Job Title : Salesforce Project Manager Job Location : Montpelier, State of Vermont, USA (onsite)
Develop project timelines and project plans.
- Establish and enforce project governance for communications, status reporting, decision-making, escalations, risk management, issue management, document repository, etc.
- Track and report team progress against timelines and plans.
- Define project scope and proactively manage changes in scope throughout the project
- Discuss / challenge / lead Salesforce project decisions
- Maximize Salesforce capabilities (Declarative) ahead of custom coding (Programmatic)
- Lead and confirm project milestones and goals are met with expected excellence
- Coordinate release management / deployment activities.
