Job Title: - Salesforce Project Manager/Support Lead
Location: - Montpelier, Vermont (Hybrid 2-3 day/week onsite)

Summary:
Salesforce Project Manager/Support Lead for a client. This role manages Salesforce projects, provides application support, and oversees releases. Requires strong Salesforce expertise (LWC, Apex), project management skills, and excellent communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Salesforce projects: planning, execution, risk mitigation.
• Provide application support: troubleshooting, root cause analysis, bug fixes.
• Oversee Salesforce releases using Copado.
• Create and maintain project/release documentation.
• Manage stakeholder communication and expectations.
Job Requirements:
• 7 years Salesforce experience (Service Cloud).
• Proficient in LWC, Apex, configuration.
• Project management experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Copado and Salesforce integrations.
• ITIL knowledge a plus.

Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
