Job title : Senior Technology Lead
Role is hybrid based out of 500 Woodward Ave, Detroit, MI (3 days / wk)
Role Overview : As a Senior Technology Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and ensuring the successful execution of projects. You will leverage your expertise in Java, J2EE, SpringBatch, SpringBoot, Microservices, and AWS to design, develop, and deploy robust solutions. Your role will also involve hands-on development, mentoring team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Mentor a team of 4 developers, providing technical guidance and support.
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java, J2EE, SpringBatch, SpringBoot, and Microservices.
- Architect and implement solutions on AWS, utilizing services such as Lambda, Containers, API Gateways, and Terraform.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of applications.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices are followed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
