- Experience working in ServiceNow Order Management modules for Telecommunications workflow scenarios like Order Management - Catalog driven workflows, Self-Service workflows and eBonding.
- Experience configuring product/service catalog with ServiceNow.
- Experience with Agile based delivery. Knowledge of best practices and standards. Strong self-starter who can deliver with minimal input. Work with the business and IT to facilitate integration into technology solutions
- Effectively executing the Project through all phases of development through deployment.
