What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tech BA position at Diverse Lynx?
The Tech BA will be required to translate the Tech requirements into User stories. Doesn't have to code however should understand what a Microservice is or an API is. Must be Tech savvy.
Participate in the Agile scrum events in order to achieve the above :
Daily Standup with Scrum Team
Desk Check Review
PO Sign-offs
Defect Review sessions
Backlog refinement / Epic refinement sessions / Story refinement sessions
Sprint Reviews
Sprint Retrospectives
Qualifications :
5 years of business analyst or relevant experience as well as record of individual technical achievement
Proven ability in understanding technical architecture documentation, systems diagrams, some data analysis expertise (e.g. SQL, reporting)
Experience with agile product development and software delivery lifecycle
Expertise in business requirements writing and communication
Experience with API-based designs, microservices, web services
Experience with Marketing Workflow or Campaign Automation
Experience with Adobe products inclusive of AEM, Workfront, Fusion, and Frame.io
Effective communicator with excellent written communication skills
Proven track record of delivery and new product feature creation
bility to prioritize projects and efforts according to business need and industry trends
Familiarity with the business services and offerings associated with Chase
bility to influence people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions
Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines and calmness under pressure
Commitment and self-motivation suitable to a start-up team
BA or BS in applicable field of study
