- Ability to write user stories based on business-driven functionality as well as technical capabilities
- Provide constructive support to both Product Owner and IT team in product-related decisions
- Encourage a customer-centric mindset within the entire Modern Delivery team, focusing on advancing Freddie Mac's mission
- Support the team in the development process, defining technical requirements based on in-depth and breadth of product/business knowledge
- Partner with Team Development Lead to create project/process specifications
- Write user stories based on business-driven functionality as well as technical capabilities
- Understand and proactively utilize Modern Delivery practices
