What You'll Do We are looking to add a Site Lead to support our Mississippi team! Site lead for District to ensure treatment chemicals and equipment are used effectively, economically and safely at accounts within the District Lead the local site team with the design and implementation of treatment programs Communicates with sales management and customer of activity within the account Assists with growth opportunities within existing customers and prospects. Identifies and implements Value delivery projects, troubleshooting skills, Routine service visits and testing as required to ensure safe and effective treatment programs, generate reports after each service visit and distribute as required Assists with technical issues at customer sites, brings any issues to the customers attention and puts together a plan for corrective action – ensures the sales account manager is kept informed Look for growth opportunities at existing customers and assist with growth opportunities at prospect accounts as required Ensures customer personnel receive the required training to monitor and apply treatment chemistry used at their facility Analyze data and ensure program performance using KPIs Conduct mid year and annual reviews at customer sites Report safety metrics to customer What You'll Bring Bachelor's Degree; or 5+ years relevant industrial experience Must have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record Advanced mechanical and electrical aptitude and skills Ability to occasionally lift and carry 50 pounds Problem solver Customer focused Good communication skills both written and oral Strong Work Ethic Perks!
