What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floor Crew position at Diversified Building Maintenance?
Diversified Building Maintenance is a family owned company who has been serving our community's janitorial needs since 1967, and we are looking to find the right person to grow our team.
The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of a variety of floor care needs such as, carpet extraction and scrubbing, buffing, stripping and waxing a variety of floors. Although we prefer someone who has experience in this type of work, we are willing to train the right candidate. During the warmer months, window cleaning may also be included in tasks. The employee will also have cleaning duties including but not limited to, deep cleaning, sweeping, mopping, garbage, bathrooms, etc.
Pay is negotiable depending on experience and ambition level. This position requires a clean criminal background, as well as a clean driving record. This is a 5 pm - 1 am, Monday - Friday position.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
